we accept Wire Transfer, Swift Transfer i.e. Bank Transfer
& Western Union Transfer.

we do not accept any direct debit at the moment due to “State
Bank of Pakistan” Policies.
A full deposit is required on orders less than 1,000 US$,
however in case of good sized order we do accommodate our
customers.
We do not do business on credit basis due to some severe
past experiences.

DELIVERY
All standard items in-stock are shipped immediately upon
confirmation of
payment, however custom-made orders do take time as per
volume and size of order.
All Orders are shipped ‘By Air Registered Mail’
For rush deliveries we do use DHL courier service via Dubai
(which takes 3 working days for Europe, United Kingdom and
Middle East destinations, and 4 days for USA, Canada, and
Australian destinations). Direct DHL services are also available
delivery within 72 hours to all destinations ‘subject
to customer choice’.
For whole-sale Sutler buyers who buy in bulk, goods are
shipped By Cargo Services BUT
we strongly suggest to all whole-sale buyers kindly place
your required bulk order prior to one month & see very
nominal freight charges > Delivery By Sea < that takes
almost 30 days to most of destinations.
» PRICE LIST
We quote prices both based on C/F (includes cost and freight)
& FOB (freight on buyer).
We are engaged in making range of products so request to
all customers before asking for price list please do categories
us about the products of your interest so that we come back
to you most specifically up to the mark. However, complete
price list can also be provided.
It is also suggested to all badges customers to send your
designs/photos, and we will come back to you with manufactured
badge & price as soon as possible.

» WARRANTY
We 100% take guarantee of all products made in our factory
and will replace any items which are in some way defective
in craftsmanship or materials.
You may return it within 15 days of receiving it in its
original packaging and condition for replacement. However,
we cannot replace exchange or refund any custom made orders
for which wrong details are provided initially by the clients.
For instance, wrong spelling details of any bullion item,
out of shape/misfit clothing measurement etc.
» SAMPLES
We also offer samples to our new Customers for "Quality
Evaluation".
However, customer need to pay Samples Cost & Courier
Charges in advance.
When he will place first order we will deduct the Sample
Charges from the Total Invoice Value. Of regular clients
they can ask for any item as free of cost sample prior to
proceed with orders.
» DESIGN FEES
We try to avoid design fees as much as possible, due to
the type
of article ordered, some items cannot be provided as free
samples prior to ordering for those items the customer have
to pay in advance. When samples are able to be provided,
the first sample will be provided at no cost to the customer.
Additional samples, should they be requested will be assessed
a fee appropriate with the work involved to obtain the same.
