We are uploading this page on our website due to the recent
‘Domain’ problem that we faced and could not communicate
with our clients via company emails from Friday 9th October
4:48 pm till Monday 10:10 pm. It gone 3 days to fix it. During
this time all emails of our clients to our company emails
bounce back; saying undeliverable message/ unknown address/
recipient address rejected/ invalid user etc.
Many of our clients got truly worried particularly our ‘Representatives’
who place orders on daily basis because they were not having
alternate e-mail to send their attachments and photos to,
since we never experienced this before. As a matter of fact,
we have taken some stringent steps into this regard to avoid
this in future and plus we have decided to upload alternate
email Ids for future sake please.
